How could Islam give so many rights to women while western secularism couldn’t?
In america female doctors are paid less salary than that of male doctors.
Women get harassed by men quite often due to their lack of modesty in wearing clothes.
There are single mothers who are living terrible life there without getting financial help from their husbands
little girls getting pregnent at schools!
Imagine these things ever happening in a muslim majority country?
I am from Turkey and honor killing is cultural thing not Islamic one

50 years ago there were almost no female doctors at all. Now there are female doctors in every discipline. Women overall still learn less, but the gap is narrowing, and SOME women doctors earn as much or more. SOME also earn less because they CHOOSE to earn less, deciding instead of focus on raising their kids, and returning to full-time work later.

A woman being harassed in the street is the result of misbehavior of the men harassing her. What she is wearing is irrelevant, as the law here recognizes.

I know quite a few single moms. All of them are doing just fine, and their kids are well loved and well taken care of. It would be easier if they were Married, I’m sure, but women in this country have the means to take care of themselves.

Yeah, imagine women being educated, employed, able to leave abusive marriages, able to make their own money, able to press charges if assaulted or raped, and able to live independently without anyone’s help if they choose. That would be dreadful. *sarcasm*
